Our delivery team will also show you how to use the bed so you can have peace of mind and a great night's sleep!

All of our adjustable beds come with the option of a headboard. 

It's totally up to you if you'd like to accompany your new bed with a stylish headboard or not!

The short answer is this: there is no short answer. It all comes down to your personal preference and budget. There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all mattress. 

We have 6 types of adjustable beds that we believe cover all bases (pun intended). Every mattress we sell is handmade and handpicked to be the best mattress we could find at that price point. And every mattress arrives ready to sleep on!

Delivery for our adjustable beds takes approximately 4 weeks as they are created just for you.

Shipping is free across all of our products. However, we are only shipping to mainland UK addresses at the moment.

Our beds are made to order so, unfortunately, we can’t offer returns.

What we can do is make sure your order is right the first time with unlimited fabric and colour swatches delivered first-class to you for free. 

We'll also call you within 24 hours of ordering to confirm every detail before the build begins.

Yes!

Where possible, we recycle all divan bases, metal bed frames, wooden bed frames, and mattresses.

It takes a bit of time to prepare these items for recycling, which is why we charge for this service.

When you select the bed removal service, we will remove your old bed, mattress and headboard.

No, this is an optional service as not everyone decides to get rid of their old bed or mattress.

No, we only remove and recycle the item you're replacing.

Please ensure bed frames that aren't divan bases are dismantled and packed before the delivery team arrives.

We aren't being lazy, we just have busy delivery schedules, and don't always have time to collect loose items of wood or metal frames.

Yes! 

Explore fabrics and colours to suit every taste and style. From classic tweed to luxurious velvet.

Simply select the ‘Colour/Material’ option on the bed or upholstered headboard you want and hit the 'order free samples' button.

If there are no samples available in the product you’re looking at, there will be no option to select them.

Ordering colour samples is easy.

1. Select the ‘Colour/Material’ option on the bed you want.
2. Select the ‘order free samples’ button to browse the available colours/fabrics.
3. Choose as many as you like, then select ‘continue’ and enter your delivery details.
4. Hit the ‘order free samples’ button to confirm your order.

That’s it! Your free colour samples are in the bag. We’ll send you a confirmation email and you’ll receive your samples in the post within 7 days. Just look out for the handwritten blue and white envelope.

We don't charge for colour samples, but we do recommend narrowing your choice down to 6 or less to make your final decision easier.

Afraid not, we're an online-only retailer.

We do, however, work extra hard to ensure your choice is the right one - free from pushy salespeople.

2. We help you configure your beds and choose the right mattress, give you a quote, and create a plan to get your new beds in and your old ones out.
3. We'll arrange a delivery date, and our delivery team will install your new beds and take the packaging away.

Your discount will depend on the number of beds you buy, which we’ll be happy to discuss with you over the phone to make sure you get the best value.

Delivery to mainland England, Scotland, and Wales is free. For Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK, and other countries, we calculate delivery costs based on your order.

We’ll keep you updated with your order status and provide you with a tracking link so that everything runs smoothly.
